"A is for Aztec"
2012 is the year in which the Mayan calendar comes to an end, and they predicted a great change (often interpreted as 'the end of the world'). Certain tribes of American Indians (Cherokee and Hopi) believed that this year would be a year of 'great purification' and the 'old world would disappear'.  Also concerned with 2012 were the ancient Chinese, Egyptian, Celtic, Babylonian, Sumerian and Israelite prophets. Even Nostradamus and Albert Einstein mention the famous date 12/21/2012....

The way we see it.... everything's going to be just fine.
Because like the song says...."It's the end of the world as we know it", AND it's another year of Shore Made Music.
